Don't see it as an option, and the android app description says this:

"Additionally, the following vehicles will have the ability to use Comfort Ventilation:
• All Model Year 2014 and later vehicles except Z4 Roadster."

That suggests that only 2014 and later models would be able to see it on the app. However, this is confusing because 2013 models can use this feature - either with Apple phones or in countries other than the US. The latest user manual describing this feature was published in 2012.

Yup, I have 2014 F30 with Tech package (and therefore, NU_NBT); after entering my PIN, first screen is a picture of my can and its VIN with three options: Map; Control; and Climate.
Map shows car shows car's location and lets you send to car
Control lets you lock, unlock, remote horn and flash headlights
Climate allows you to turn on fan (not heat or AC) now or at a specific time

I really like the horn or light flashing in big parking lots!

I just bought a Samgsung Galaxy Tab4 8.0 to replace my old Motorola Xoom.

Google Play says the app isn't compatible with my tablet, but I copied the APK from my phone and it works just fine.
