Exclamation Need Help with Downpipe Fix

I'm recently purchased a ER catless downpipe and JB4 tuner for my BMW F30 N26. The thing is I'm about to do the inspection in Nevada. I would like to buy a BMS downpipe fix for the DP. Since I couldn't find it on bergurtuning.com. I'm just wondering if they are still selling it? Anybody?

Congrats on your new mods
It would be almost impossible to find a brand new BMS DP fix. You can grab VRSF or Wedge DP fix instead.
That being said these products only work on the N54 engine.

There is no DP fix for your car unfortunately. Burger only sold them for the N54, but they discontinued them last year.

I see now, thanks a lot. Since I'm kind of new about the modifications. Is there any other stuff that can help with my situation now? I mean to pass the smog test.

If your "inspection" involves an emissions test you're going to fail it without or without a downpipe/O2 fix since you've eliminated the catalytic converter. If you're just worried about the CEL for the purposes of your inspection just have it cleared right before you go and drive as little of a distance as possible. Chances are it won't come back on for about 50 miles.

I see people say this but if it works like I think it does, once you clear a code the readiness status monitors reset to 'not ready' also. You HAVE to drive the car to get them up to 'ready' status to be tested. Seems like a catch 22 if the cel is expected to come back on and sometimes it can take a few hundred miles for the monitors to come back up. You need 6 out of 7 showing as ready I believe to be tested. At least in Calif...
