RATE MY LEASE – 2015 435i Grand Coupe
Hi guys! Please let me know if this lease seems right. How do I do?
2015 AW 435i GC, Coral Red M-Sport Driver Assistance Pkg Premium Pkg Navigation Harman Kardon MSRP: $56925 SELLING PRICE: $52150 ($750 below invoice) MF: .00129 (3.096%) Term: 36months, 15,000 miles Drive off or Upfront: $1260 Monthly payment: $695 I really don't know how they come to $695 a month, and what is that $555.00 fee? Looks pretty good to me. The $555 is an acquisition fee. I think they usually say the dealer cost is usually $750 so it looks like it's discounted. I don't know a ton about leases. I just got my gc for $1300 under invoice but I had to work pretty hard at it. I think anytime you get under invoice, you are doing pretty good for a lease. Good luck!

Based on the information you've given the Capitalized Cost/amount financed is $54,913.
The $555 is not the acquisition fee. The base fee is $725 and it can't be lower than that. They can mark it up by $200, but they cannot mark it down.

I think there's about 1k in there from BMW so technically it's 350 above invoice. Personally I think you did great considering low upfront. The 555 is likely doc fee, registration etc. congrats
