Number plates - the Good, the Bad and the Wankers

I'm pinching the idea for this thread from many other forums, but given this is my home for now I figured it's time F30Post Australia had it's own.

(Disclaimer - I have a personalised plate, but it's my initials so I put that in the Good category )

Two stand-outs from today:

HUSSLR on an A4 coupe. Wanker.

MOAN on an Evo X. I actually thought that was ok.

Time for you guys to chip in on what you see around the place, photos encouraged!

I saw a 'platinum' on a white Ferrari California which was pretty cool (lady driver)

Mine is my initials, don't wanna be a wank and get keyed lol

Mine has EDIT1
The name of my company. I've had it for over 20 years on 4 BMWs.

XPENSV or something on those lines on a black e90 320d on the southside here, has matching ///M stickon grills for the turn signals (attached)

Everyday I see YEAHM8 on a Ford BOSS fpv in the Myer Centre

I haven't seen it for a while now but I used to love seeing 'ULOOKD' on a 6'er then on an M3 but haven't seen for a while...

Also like:
H8 LAG - Evo 8.. nice and clean looking
H8 TAX - I think on a Range Rover
IN DEBT - Merc E350

and DADS M3 (attached)

When I first moved here I found this one on the side of the road, before I had my own BMW. So I imagined all owners were either funny or wankers.

I could see myself doing something like this though.

Delusional Audi owner. I'll let you be the judge which category that falls into.

No no no... Fark that xpensiv plate is asking for a good keying when parked on the street. Bogans will see a BMW and an ostentatious plate.

Wouldnt be surprised if it is trashed already.

Crazy

Yeah I've seen xpensv around a few times. The only way that plate could work is if you put it on a late 80s mitsubishi magna. At least then it would be funny.

No xpensv works on a ferrari or lambo. In other words.... Something actually expensive.

So on the flip side drivers of the 335i, 5 series and above, E class and above, A5 above, Porsche, maserati etc etc will be p!ss!ng themselves laughing thinking what a douche.

The 320d owner had more dollars than sense.

Any Euro style plate on a non-Euro car is just wrong.

Expensive is a relative thing. May be it was a huge upgrade from their previous car, this was 3x the price and hence "expensive". Aaahh some people really live in a bubble. If you're going to brag then at least de-badge the entry level 320 badge.

This brings me to something even more wanky. Last Friday I was driving behind this 2011/12 E92 MSport coupe in white, debadged with single exhaust pipe. It also had a //M badge where the 320 used to be, better still they've decided to up the ante and install a custom black shade cloth on the roof with a cut out for the white painted antenna.

A bit demeaning I think. I've seen plenty of wannabe R33s running around with GTR badges and so on but why would you do that to a relatively classy car?
