I believe that pressure is based on the tyre size and totality and therefore runflat or not, should be run as per the BMW recommendation.

No. Use the same pressures listed on door jam regardless of run flat or non-run flat.

most importantly what about modified suspension. I think door jamb is for stock suspension. For modded suspension as in coilvers etc anyone have any ideas?

As above I think the standard consensus is they're the same regardless. However it's down to personal preference and feel. I personally increased mine 2psi front and rear and that has been great for me. On the stock pressures they felt and looked a little soft

have a little play round with pressures within tolerance levels, and see what works for you!
