The main question about 3 series GT has been whether or not it would come to the U.S. Here's a strong suggestion that it might (barring BMW NA marketing refusing it, of course).

Also interesting is that F34s are built in Dingolfing that puts them on the manufacturing line alongside the bigger brothers, separate from mundane F30s and F31s.

Considering how horrible the 5GT sales have been in the US, I would think they'd be crazy to bring it into the market. They'll already have the 3er touring.
