BMW Roadside Assistance and Non-Runflat Tires
So it's winter time and I have had to put winter tires on my RWD 335i. My question is about BMW's included roadside assistance.
Will they (over the phone or the actual tow truck driver) give me a hard time if I get a flat and obviously don't have a spare tire for them to change. Basically, if I get a flat I would need the Roadside assistance to tow me to the closest dealership or tire place. It only seems fair that they'd tow me. There's no way they can guarantee that every BMW has runflats on it and it can't be good for business to have a tow truck driver deciding whether to help a stranded customer or not based on tire choice. Any thoughts or experience? Anybody ever had non-runflats on (winter or otherwise) and used roadside assistance for flat? |

legit question...I mean, they SHOULD provide it as the car can breakdown for other things, but maybe they assume RFTs are unstoppable...
What if you drove faster than 50mph over 52 miles, then would it be a legitimate claiM?

bmw assist will only tow you to a dealership, so you may be at their mercy for the replacement/repair
