at the dealership now for the steering wheel vibration

just came to the dealer to let them know about the steering wheel vibration that occurs at 40-50 mph speed occasionally, they seemed annoyed 1st, the. that look on their faces of wht? ffuuk? isss daatt? kinda carrr? never geared of it kinda thing, now in annoyed, they took it for a test, meanwhile they brought up the head rest recall safety issue they need to fix and seemed like their comfort zone for few moments, then they went back to the vibration issue and they said that bmw cars shouldn't ve that. Seriously, I'd that all what u could offer me. Does any one else seems to ve this issue? Seriously, if this is bmw asking, plz tell me Wtf should I do?

Not to be the grammar police but honestly...this is the single most incomprehensible post I have seen in ages. It is SO bad it makes me wonder if this is serious or a poor attempt at humor.

I'll try to translate.

I just arrived at the dealership to let them know about the steering wheel vibration problem that has been occasionally occurring at 40-50mph on my car. When I arrived, the dealer had a very confused look on their faces as if they had not seen the new F30 in person at all; nor had they driven it. I was pretty annoyed at this point. They took the car for a test drive. At the same time, they brought up a recall for the head rest issue--this repair seemed out of their comfort zone. After that discussion, they went back to the vibration issue and seemed to confirm that it shouldn't happen with BMWs. That's about all they offered me. Does anyone else have this issue? Seriously, if this is what BMW is offering, please tell me what I should do.

Unfortunately you're not alone as this seems to be a recurring issue with the F30. One that BMW refuses to acknowledge publicly or issue a recall for it. Reminds me of the thousands of fail HPFP in the E9x 335 a couple of years ago.

It can be difficult not to comment.

The translation is quite effective.

well they balanced the car, after the balanced it the steering wheel for some reason is tighter and it almost gave me the same feeling of the E90 and E92 steering wheels but the vibration is still there, it's a bit better but it's there, he told me bring it back and I'll be on a loaner till they figure it out. I was just thinking what if they can't figure it out, should I lemon the car?

I dont think balancing the wheels can make the steering tighter, did they upgrade some kind of software? I know there was a software upgrade that made the 5 series' steering tighter.

They probably aligned it with more toe-in. The car will steer tighter but you will get uneven and excessive tire wear.
