Thanks for the positive comments guys, also I really did not want to do 19's and a drop because of the condition of the roads and the added weight of plus sized wheels, I was able to save about 5 to 6 lbs per corner, I also plan on getting larger and wider tires 245 45 18 and 275 40 18 which should fill in the wheel gap nicely.

Thanks, do you have ARC-8's or EC-7's?

erI think you just lower the car, not buy taller tires. IMO, the high aspect ration won't be enough. See Camaya's car above.

Sorry .... always want to be supportive to everyone on here... but IMHO... it looks like you put a winter setup on there. Car looks very high (more so than the OEM height)... you def should have gone w/ 19s (as w/ the right non-run flats... you would be fine). Offset is also VERY conservative.... I don't want to be a hater... but think your orginal OEM 18s were a better choice.

Hankook Ventus R-s3
235/40-18 My wheels are really light...just over 18 lbs and the set up is "square", 18.5's all around. I use these for track days and autocross. The square set up greatly reduces understeer of the stock staggered set up. If were to have a set just for looks, I'd have staggered 19's....either HRE or MORR, 8.5 and 9.5. For now, I roll my stock 18's with runflats or my APEX with Hankooks. |
