Leasing question
Long story short i currently drive a 2007 550i and I'm in the process of selling it. For my next car i made up my mind to lease the 335i m sport. And so on i went to the dealer yesterday to see what price i would be looking into, and they offered me a great deal on a new 335i lease.
Now here's the thing, my credit it's new and it doesn't have enough history to be approved so i asked my mother that has a great credit (but no driving license) to sign the lease for me and she agreed. Now the problem is that the dealer told me in order to get the lease the signer must have a driving license, i was wondering is there any other way to make this work like get a notarized paper that i will be the only insured driver of the vehicle and she will just be responsible for the financial stuff or anything else i can do to make this happen? Any help is appreciated. |

Does she need a license to be a co-signer? You would still have the lease in your name, and she would just indicate financial responsibility in the even you failed to pay.
