One tire has lower psi than others

Yesterday I noticed that the front passenger side tire was less inflated than the others. Brought all of them back to 32psi as indicated, and measured with a good gauge to make sure that. Drove around for an hour or so and then parked it over night. This morning, measuring cold, all read 31psi (I am guessing the 1 psi difference due to chill weather) except the front passenger side one which reads 30psi. I am gonna take it to the shop to get it checked but wondering if this could be due to a damaged tire. The tires are two seasons old and RFT. Any thoughts on that?
