Wastegate Issue

Has anyone had any luck with getting there turbo's replaced due to wastegate rattle on there n54 engine. I've been calling around to dealers about the TSB and so far both dealers are clueless on the issue. I've tried two dealers in the Philadelphia area.

you need to post in e90/92 forum, F30 has N55
