I always like to see any color other than white, black, grey, silver...

The silk purple reminds me of Porsche amethyst metallic (interior and exterior) keep in mind that lighting changes the color drastically between different pics:

Damn that's nice, liking the Frozen variant!

For a second I considered individual yellow for my F36 order but I was talked out of it Some of the colors only work when you go extreme I think. When it's a M4 loaded with M performance gear or something for example.

Love the diversity though

Out of curiosity, what is the approximate premium cost for an individual paint order (and do you still pick from a much larger, extensive list of preselected colors?)?

Depends on the car and individual color. All colors that BMW has done before cost $5000, colors BMW hasn't done can cost upwards of $8000-$10000 (?) but some cars can get individual colors for less. Not sure how BMW decides which colors can be had for less and whether it is an assembly line decision or just a decision based on colors they want to produce more of but instead of the $5000 premium, certain colors are only a few grand. Tanzanite blue metallic and citrin black are examples. For the 3, 4, 5, and 6 series (maybe the 7 series?) the colors are only $1950.
