Reading this thread part of me feels like an idiot spending $400+ for an unpainted trunk spoiler. But I looked around quite a bit and I wanted something a lot more subtle than any of the others I saw online. I don't believe in paying anything (even $89) for something you don't really want just because it's cheap.

Ordered the EBII B45 spoiler from Emotor2000 on Ebay. Thanks for this thread OP, $88 shipped to Canada is a no brainer! Will report back on EBII color matching when I receive it...

Got mine from Painted King. Probably same guy. Had to request him to paint it this color since it was not listed. Money well spent. For 88 bucks, you can't beat it.

Emotors2000 for me........liked the fact they also use 3 coats of both Standox and clear coating.
If you live in the UK buy from eBay worldwide and save over £20 .... P Type spoiler - $88/£55 + postage Hopefully it should arrive in less than a couple of weeks

Received my EBII spoiler, paint code B45, about a week after ordering (to Ontario, Canada). Looks good, and packaging was top notch.
Only small issue, which has nothing to do with Emotors2000, is that Fedex mailed me a bill for $17 CAD for duty and customs handling a week after delivering it lol. Oh well, $88 + $17 well spent! |

Wasn't happy with the final position and literally removed after 2 minutes....it took some shifting even after this short time. I'm going to use purely the 3 M tape this weekend and I've ordered 3 different widths so I can fit 2 strips not only in the outer profile of the spoiler but also along the central part too.

Then use a microfibre cloth and use like a sawing motion down the length of the entire spoiler. Maybe get someone to help you on the last bit to ensure the spoiler doesn't fall on the ground. Manufactures Recommendations when using tape is 24 hours curing time. No driving or water contact. for the same period. Warmer weather also produces best results. Don't forget alcohol wipe to clean surfaces to remove any dust and ensure clean for best results...

Got around to installing the EBII spoiler I received a month ago. EBII color match was spot on and the fitment couldn't be any better.
Installation took 20 minutes total - 15 minutes doing a great tape job on the underside of the spoiler using a razor blade to cut the double sided tape in contour with the spoiler, and 5 minutes to affix it to the car by myself. Really happy with the new look - looks completely OEM. How often does a mod that makes a significant difference to the look of the car, that comes pre-painted and OEM fitment, only cost $89? To anyone on the fence, this is a no-brainer. |

I found a listing for both $97 and $88. They had different product numbers but looked identical (same seller) and even used the same car/spoiler in some of the pictures. I emailed emotors2000 to ask they difference. They responded the two spoilers are the same product, just listed with different prices. Needless to say, I ordered the cheaper of the two identical products, and the color match (Mineral Grey) is perfect. Can't beat the price! |
