You sure you have fitted the spacers correctly and all nuts tightened

checked all nuts....tight there no probs....
when you say check to see if the spacers are fitted correctly..... i fitted them on the hub so they are flush and then fitted the alloy on with the extended wheels nuts !!!!the hubcentric spacers were a tight fit but went on ok it seemed....

Have they gone on completely flush? Some spacer require you to remove the little plastic hub nut caps so they go on fully.

Also did you thoroughly clean the face of the brake disc hat and the mounting surface of the wheels?

I thought the smallest hub centric spacers you could fit were 12mm because the original hub is 10mm to start with.
Think you will have to take the plastic cap off the hub for the spacer to fit completely square to the original brake disk hub

That's on the rear hub, 10mm is fine for the front on the F3x series
