Any suggestions on location & date? We could even fit a coding session before we set off on the cruise.
I think you should come up the valley, sample a bit of wine, bit of lunch somewhere , good drive.

Sounds like a plan, the location sounds good to me. I'll open a new thread for the cruise.

I tried this on mine, and it doesn't work.

I have either F031 N20B20 or it's off.

Whoops, my bad, try F82 S55

So far i have successfully coded the following:

F12 S63
F30 N55
F82 S55
F80 S55

So far I like the F80 S55 but my wife hates it, so settled on F82 S55, same sound as the F80 but it's not as loud.

Perhaps that's my problem. I coded F031/N55 and it appeared to be off. I might try the F80S55 as I've tuned my amp down a bit.

Ta for the heads up.

hahah the F80 S55 is crazy... sounds really fake with the bimmertech amp pumping.

they worked, but the F30 N55 did not

I've just gone back to my F31 N20 one. Ah well

Have coded configure sport on my car and it works without issue.

Does anyone know if you can do the same for comfort?

Essentially what I want is to have a shorter throttle pedal in comfort mode

I just had Southern BM install a throttle module on my car that makes it very responsive. There's 3 settings (inc off) so you can have it how you like it depending on your mood. Worthy investment.

Have seen those types of modules, but if it can be done with coding then i'd rather do it that way.

When its in sport the short throttle is perfect.

I have tried softening everything in sport mode except throttle but it still holds the gear too long.

Basically after slush settings with shorter throttle pedal, maybe i'm asking too much.

Did they install the sprint booster? If so I have one left over from my e92 and I'm thinking about installing it onto the F22 as it is the same part#

Every turbo car has that, if you want boost from the lights then stall it up a little.

Don't know of any turbo car that has boost on idle.

Yeah I know, but I wondered if this product minimises turbo lag.

Turbo lag can be caused by numerous factors.

But one thing that will not cause lag is throttle position.

In saying that I would not call these cars laggy at all.

Not sure what brand it is. I just see the small button/LED discreetly mounted near the drivers knee.

It definitely makes the car more responsive and gives the effect of reducing turbo lag. Possibly a little too sensitive in stop start traffic. I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised.
