Although the headlights and kidneys look great, the bumper intake looks like a teenage mutant ninja turtle. Hopefully rectified in m sport line.

They better have the MPPK (and all M performance parts) available right away for the 435i at launch. Otherwise it will be stupid that a 335i can be spec'd better than a 435i. And they better have launch control and all those MY 2014 changes also.

This car really needs something to set it apart from the f30

And if they do, you'll whine and moan that they should have been included free in the production model.

Not a fan.
As others have said, the front is fugly. Regarding the side view, the vent after the front wheel arch looks out of place and seems like a trying-to-hard afterthought. It almost looks like a front-to-back version of the side vent on the 1994 Ford Mustang. The rear is okay. E9X series for me, thanks. |

Actually, I wouldn't whine and moan about that at all.

Or it has to do with compliance? Thereby the majority seems to expect the concept to be taken into production right away which is a pretty unrealistic thought. And, as the other blog post from Jason describes, the important details are still covered, hiding the actual appearance. I think we need to wait till we have proper and official photos showing the complete car (without any disturbance) before forming a definite "destroying" opinion. ..shoot..

lol, you guys notice how most ppl with 12/13 e92 models say this?....maybe there is a hint of regret from their purchase.
It is objectively better looking than the e92, it is sleeker, wider, more aggressive and side by side comparisons show how much it makes the e92 look dated. |

It's gonna be a nice ride for sure but will it capture the soul of the previous generations? This is where BMW needs to get the steering right.
I like the looks of the new ones but the interior finish and feel of the F30 and the way it drives throws me off. The same with the F10s. They are so roomy, look nice, have really nice interiors then major disappointment with the steering and road feel. I read that if you get x-drive then you still get pneumatic steering? If not going full M then m-sport is mandatory |
