Maybe they were so "helpful" because they were the ones who screwed it up in the first place. Who else would have done anything at all with your plates?

I am glad it worked out for you though , I'd never be able to live across the river in PA because I'm not smart enough to understand your motor vehicle registration/inspection process or how to buy booze and beer.

in the mean time dont get pulled over when they run your plate and it comes back blank expect to see guns drawn.
