F30 Code Heated Steering Wheel & Heated Seat Memory?

Right now, I have to turn on the heated seat and steering wheel function everytime I turn on the car. (car forgets settings after about 20min ignition off)

Has anyone been able to find settings to have an F30 to remember the last set settings for heated steering wheel and heated seats?

FEM_BODY -> 3140 PfLinSteeringWheel, 11 -> NACHLAUFZEIT LENKRADHEIZUNG

Default value is '15_Min'. I changed mine to 'Always'.
