It pretty much felt like driving an X5 for the first couple weeks. But, I've become accustomed to the size. It has fantastic acceleration and steering feedback. Handling isn't too bad, either- although the body roll is more than I'd prefer. I do LOVE the ride. The 4er drives like a tank and makes lovely thud noises over bumps. LOVE THAT.

I'm 100% satisfied with the way the car drives compared to the Boxster. I bought the thing knowing it wasn't a sports car, so I don't expect it to be.
I know what you mean about the thud. Right up there with the German door "whump" sound.

Lovely. You'll enjoy the MPG savings over the I6 and the 428 is no slouch.

Nice color too.

Just had my new wheels installed. Back at the office now, but I will take more pictures once I wash the car and the wheels.

I cannot believe how much more presence these wheels give the car. And, the M-Sport brakes REALLY stand out now.

LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wheels do look good but the weight, construction and how well they hold up ...... only time will tell.

Again, they look awesome.

I cleaned the car up last night and had an evening photo shoot.

1. It's hard to not get one's shadow in pictures near dusk
2. Estoril Blue photographs washed out near dusk
3. OMG my car looks sexy
4. No, I'm not dropping it
5. Really, the suspension is staying stock
6. Did I mention how sexy my car looks?

I'm still not sold on the black grills, though. I keep going back and worth. I already purchased a 335 exhaust. So that'll come up next! Woot!

With that color light/dark areas really start to contrast later in the day. It looks like 2 different blues from different camera angles.

taking it off-roading soon? if you're going to spend $50k+ on a 4cyl you should at least get some proper coilovers
haha just messing with you, both of my cars are lowered. Just got to be careful on Houston roads and haven't had any issues.

either way, congrats and enjoy the car!

Thanks!

I got them here:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/19-19X8-5-19...item46236d6691

Just make sure you go with wide enough rubber. I went with 225 fronts and 255 rears, and the wheel edge is definitely exposed.
