12v (glove box) Socket retro-fit, possible?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if there is any information available about doing a 12v socket retrofit for the one under the glove box.

I've been looking through the forums and haven't found that much information about a retrofit.
I see a lot of people have this socket by default, but apparently in Belgium they decided not to add this as stock. It must be part of some $ option.

This is the socket i'm talking about:

The photo's in attachment are from my car, you can see the whole is there for the socket, but the actual socket is missing.

On a side note: i also want to hook up a "Power Magic" so I can (finally) use the Park-Mode on my dash cams, but i may just ask my dealership to install that, or the shop i bought it from (they also do installs of dash cams, but their workshop is not that near to my home which is why i've held off doing it).
