Steps to change HK>HiFi>Aftermarket

Is this the best route to get the best result:

1) Recode HK to HIFI
2) Upgrade speakers and underseat drivers
3) Install DSP that has balanced inputs and outputs
4) Install Amp for separates
5) install amp for sub in trunk (infinite baffle or corner loaded?)
6) time align/phase align sub(s)/tune
7) ENJOY

Is there a DSP on the market yet that has autotune and road noise compensation?

I like the 8ch Helix but its only 55w and you can't get the line output connector for four of the channels unless you buy their 6x9 sub?
