Be very careful with a demo vehicle. I equate them to rental cars, except driven exclusively by BMW owners. It might be perfectly fine, but I would take it for a long test drive (30 minutes or so) to see if you notice anything odd. Everything is under warranty, but broken things equate to headaches and trips back to the dealer. Ask to see the invoice for the car to see what they paid for it. Others will have to chime in about the lease figures, since I finance my cars.

This deal is not very good ... I just saw a deal on a 2015 4 series with $9K off brand new ... This is a used car and one year old ... You can get a 2015 3 series for $9K to $10K off ... You move on

No it was at Flemington... Got them to 554 a month. The $1500 is going towards first months and Fees. Taxes (7%) and negative eq are being rolled into the lease. BTW this is an executive demo. Not a loaner

I only asked because Rallye had the same exact car a few weeks ago but it was a loaner, same options, no xenons.

I just got a 428i that was a loaner that had 6k miles on it. im paying 538/month all in, taxes rolled in. no down payment.

this one has xenons.. no issues- checked the car fax and was given the story. This was a BMW execs car @ USA HQ in nearby Woodcliff Lakes NJ.

Honestly its a decent deal but I would say be around 530-540/month all in, only first months down.

Got very close to the $540 number and took delivery of the car last Saturday. At that point a couple $ a month didn't bother me. Have to admit that this dealer was really the only one that wanted to play ball. All the other dealers I went to in North Jersey... The CA's didn't have the incentive to make a deal. Didn't even follow up with me. Love the car... Amazing the difference from the e90. Pics to come soon.. It's been parked in the garage because of winter storm Juno.
