I just got an email from my dealer that in Canada the f30 M Sport will ONLY be offered on the 335 and NOT on the 328.

I guess BMW Canada does not really care about Canadian drivers . If you want an M Sport you have to shell out the dollars.

For those who live in Canada who had their heart set on a 328 M sport , now what ???

Even if you want the sport auto with paddle shifters, it's only available on the 335 and NOT on the 328 sport line

I think they care more by not offering M-sport for the low-end. Hell, why do they bother with M-sport besides it pulling more income? It's destroying the M brand.

I agree with this, they should probably keep the most aggressive looks and performance for ///M.

Yeh I know!

There are so many issues with Canadian ordered cars. I'm also concerned with the interior options.

I definitely don't want a black interior as I'm sick of it. I was hoping for Saddle but I knew it wouldn't be available so I was ready to order Alpine White with the beige interior. But now even beige is not available!

Everything sucks man! I'm seriously considering the C350 or the A4. I dont like these cars but at least I can get what I want. BMW Canada forces their options on us which is pathetic!

The next few days will be very interesting as I want to see what the price changes are...

I'm not surprised....they charge us 10 grand more in base price, they give us nothing when it comes to European delivery...and they bar us from buying our cars in the USA...it's ridiculous.

Which dealership did you hear this from? I'd be interested to see what other info they have.

Info is from Parkview BMW.

I totally agree. It's just not fair. I need to see until more info is available but basically if I want a 3 series now I'll have to "settle" for one which sucks.


Choice 1 was 328 Msport with sport auto
Choice 2 328 sport line with sport auto

Choice 1 is not an option in Canada and choice 2 cannot be had with the sport auto (paddle shifters ).

Well , I've previously had a 2006 BMW 325i sport package for 3 years and then leased a 2009 A4 2.0T with sport package. The BMW was a better drivers by far but the A4 felt more luxurious. That's why I want to go with a 3 series again. C class Benz; no thanks!

Now I'm not sure what to do!

Exactly my situation and sentiment. Today I started researching the A4 in earnest. Will line up some test drives within the next week or so.

Audi lol I wouldn't go there Maz unless it's just a lease. Going on my fourth radio in 2.5 years of ownership of a 2010. Seems like anything above fluid changes they can't figure out.

my CA also said that they got the memo about 2012 July production for F30 X-drive, m package etc but no mention of updated Navi. He also said that if by time your car delivers and there's a new navigation, we will install that for you!

I mean its just silly combox they have to replace which will have the upgraded hardware/processor etc and new navi software. So there you go, no need to wait for July production. Can others here check with thier CA's in Ontario?

My parents and a lot of my relatives by their Mercedes from one guy that my Dad knows very well.

I'm afraid, once I enter the Mercedes showroom, I'm going to be waking out with a Merc for sure. They'll give me an offer I can't refuse!

The problem is that the C Class is due for a shape change. This will probably happen end of 2014 if not earlier...and I absolutely love the F30!
