Hi , could someone tell me if the 335I front bumper will fit in a 320i?.

with the last 7 of your VIN against the part listed for the 335 of the same year and month of production.

i had the opposite reaction. all the body panels are the same between the 320, 328, and 335, aren't they?

Yes the bumper will fit assuming it includes all the hardware.

Id be shocked if this were not the case, the frame/chassis would be the exact same for each body style (regardless of model) and therefore have the same connection points.

Front and rear bumpers are interchangeable between any car in the F30 lineup?

You can swap them, but it is more that just the cover. Significant hardware changes behind the bumper are needed. Check you tube, there is a video showing the process. Someone does sell a kit to retrofit the M sport bumper on any F30, but it isn't cheap.
