Get rid of the xDrive badge, and get some painted "bimmerangs" from iND (although I think the black bimmerangs are actually OK on white).

First thing I would do is a tune! The drive is the most important part for me so performance gets priority in my book. Next I would do paint matched reflectors from IND. Then black kidney grills if you like that look. By now you're probably craving more power so go for a down pipe (HFC or catless depending on how much noise you can tolerate) and exhaust/muffler delete (to complete the tone unless you're happy with the stock exhaust note + DP). Next I would go for a charge pipe and intake for a more pronounced turbo spool and a little extra power. Depending on how highly you prioritize your ride height, throw some springs/coilovers in there somewhere. Oh, and some wheels! Ohhhh, and a lip kit & spoiler! Haha I'm going overboard.

Summary: if it comes down to one thing to do next, go for a tune.

Agree. Got an $8 gloss black frame that actually matches my exterior trim and black grille perfectly. This is dumb, but I'm glad Ohio's plates are a couple simple colors that match

And yes. Always debadge.

I got the Challenge HFC DP and I love it! The tone is nice and deep AND you should pass emissions and still get to enjoy most of the power of a catless DP. Here's a link to their product description for more information:

I would look for the guys on the forum and find the guys who sell them so you can get a discount though!

According to them, a HFC DP should not throw a code. With a JB4 you can go catless and still have no code, yes, but I went for HFC for the same reasons as you but ended up getting a JB4 anyway (which I have since replaced with ECU Tuning Group's tune). In the end, I would recommend the HFC and a JB4 or similar tune. Stage 2 is a great upgrade and you can do it very stealthily if you try to do so. I'll have to check again but I think my ETG tune does not have the messy wire taps that JB4 has and instead modifies engine timing. Feels great!

Black grills and then wheels/suspension always makes a car, even if you don't do anything else to it.

Quick and cheap would be black chrome exhaust tips from the sport line. They look great on my EB 335i. Then get the M paint matched trunk spoiler. And of course, the MPPK.
