Hello,
I usually wash my car myself but was short on time and went through one of those touchless washes. Everything was fine after driving about 2-3 miles but after parking and then turning my car back on, my front and rear parking sensors were going off momentarily alerting me of obstructions that were not there and that cleared. Then after driving off, car seemed a bit sluggish and upon acceleration out of the parking lot the traction control light came on about 2-3 times, and my car kept decelerating. I parked and shut off engine to get gas, and after driving off all seems to be good now. Did a sensor get wet? Can't really find anything similar on the fourms or on Google related to this happening after a car wash. 2017 340i with 29.5k miles. Thanks for any feedback.

Touchless wash, you just pull in and park. They had an undercarriage blast now which is new. I usually drive my car through here during winter months to clean the salt off when it's too cold out to wash myself. But, they changed all the wash mechanisms recently. Not sure if under carriage wash did it.

Brand new Pirelli's with less than 3k miles on them. 19" staggered. Only thing I did recently was add Dinan 10 & 12mm spacers about 500 miles ago. I was driving normally leaving a parking lot and noticed the lagging and when I went to take a turn the traction control light popped up upon trying to accelerate and did so again after proceeding from a stop light.

The traction light could have been the result of a wheel speed sensor or its wiring getting wet. I had mine come on once, along with six more lights for various errors all associated with the speed sensors. It was on a misty day when the humidity was around 110%. Pulling the codes they all traced back to an ABS wheel speed sensor. I tested the sensor, it was OK, cleared the codes and all was well. It never happened again.
