Just to give you a quick glimpse of Putin getting involved.
I wish Our Canuck leaders would have the balls and presence this guy has, also you dear neighbors to the south need someone to stop fuking around and make things happen on all fronts. I for one am not complaining I love Canada and the US but I have noticed a slight tendency recently from both nations to bend over and take it in the ass on all fronts.

Must be because Russia is a Democracy huh so Putin doesn't have as many obstacles when passing any legislation. If you're embarrassed about your current president being less of a leader when compared to the lunatic that Putin is...I don't know what to tell you! If you look @ the circus that we have now for a presidential election you should be glad that Obama vs Romney happened.

I see what you mean. Putin really is a lot more free to do as he pleases than Obama. I think if Putin was faced the level of opposition that Obama is from his own government (and citizens) then it would look like he was stumbling too.

He's saying that Putin "makes the right moves" because there's no one to stop his agenda and much of what he does is not remotely possible in the U.S.

You cannot compare Obama to Putin because the political systems and countries are entirely different.
1) Obama does not have nearly as much power as Putin because of the way both political systems work.
2) Everything Obama (or any U.S. President) does should reflect U.S. values and interests. This includes not starting a war in Southeast Asia and not allying with repressive regimes like in Syria.
3) Putin shuts down all dissent by arresting people who are anti-Kremlin. Try that in the U.S. (not gonna happen). Also many anti-Kremlin protesters/leaders have been jailed or mysteriously murdered.
4) Russia's political system is a borderline dictatorship because of Putin; it is a joke in that it's corrupt as hell with much voter fraud and evidence of election rigging; so obvious that there were mass protests in their last election. Putin even gamed their political system by installing a puppet President after his first 8 years of presidency (to circumvent the 8 year term limit). He ran afterward that presidency ended, effectively making him President of Russia for ~17 years and running.

I agree with everything you said and to whoever said Putin is a better leader needs a reality check. Putin in my eyes is as close to a dictator one can get without actually being one. He is gonna be president until he dies and no one can challenge him.

Don't even get me started with Crimea and Putins recent banning of evangelism. With the Russian Rubles at an all time low, all of my friends in Russia can't even leave the country because everything is tripled the price for them.

Put in is a ruthless dictator bent on increasing his own power and rebuilding the Soviet empire. Obama is just as ruthless and bent on making America unexceptional and bent on spreading America's wealth throughout the world and trying to promote himself and his legacy instead of promoting America.
