Of course that's reasonable. The car is fully loaded for only $494 per month.

Unless you've already negotiated down, there is still room in that deal for improvement.

By the time you take delivery, 2016's will be rolling out, and I'd expect even better incentives.

I think it's tough to say as all the info isn't there. Does 494$ include taxes? What's the selling price of the car? Those would be 2 good places to start.

is the car on the lot or being built (or incoming)?

you can DEFINITELY do better, for example:
I got my 2013 model 328 in Sept of 2013 (while the 14's were coming out)....it was a higher MSRP than your car with MSD and taxes and fees (taxes and fees came out to $1700)

my lease payment is $100 less than yours....same exact months/mileage. If you wait a bit longer you'll get a better deal (or just negotiate better)
