If you'll let my wife join the competition with her mini, she's got you both beat with just over 600 mi. since Thanksgiving. I think she's in her 3rd tank af gas.

Slightly off topic but my first BMW which was a 528e, the original owner drove 90K miles in the first three years of ownership. I wonder if any F30's on here are approaching 100k miles?

I don't know for sure but a quick calculation indicates SNJ's wife, at roughly 100 miles/month will reach that number in about 83 years and ours will get there in about 54 years.

I'm at 49,600 and just put my first set of new tires on it. I can't believe I got 49K miles of out the OEM P7's.

it's a msport steering wheel

the rubber rocker on the left hand spoke - the horizontal bit has gone floppy and torn off. Also some of the silver plastic on the 'res' button has come off.
It's being replaced (under warranty I think) on Monday

3000 miles?? are you driving to Texas and back? that is a lot of miles.

I'm currently at 50,100 miles since May, 2012. I have two planned road trips ahead (Vegas and SF). I'm not so sure if i want to take the F30 since it is out of warranty

Hola,

I know, the tires last quite long to my surprise too.
I think it has to do with traction control, prevemting the car from slipping too much and avoid using the tires unnecessarily.

I was going through tires a lot more often with my old E36, which is over 100hp less powerful than the turbo 6...
