Model Year 2019 3 Series Manual Transmission?

Hi,

I know this may seem premature, but I have read contradictory items on this topic.

I prefer to drive a manual transmission (and yes, I know that automatics are shiftable, etc). I know that manual transmission is available on both 330i and 340i and would like to know whether that will hold true for model year 2019

You're probably best off asking your sales adviser about that.

It would be strange if BMW suddenly dropped the manual on these cars.

If you're really worried about it, just buy an '18. It's as good of a time as any.

Sorry for my tardy reply, but was out of town.

First and foremost, thanks for providing.

Just what I was concerned about. Looks like if I want a manual, I have to step down to 320 or lower. Only automatic transmissions for 330 (equivalent of 328) and 340 (equivalent of 335). OR I can order a 2018(like I had to do for my current car)

My understanding is that you can get a manual transmission in a 3 Series if you have an S-Drive 320 or 330, or either S-Drive/XDrive 340.

*In the sedan-- manual is not available in a SW or GT*

Do we know the wheel sizes and bolt patterns on these cars? I am wondering if I can use my current winter rims (style 400m) on the new models.
