As i said before if we run out of stock we will drop ship from manufacturer, that being said we try our best to keep everything is stock.

You said XPH does not hold inventory. This statement is wrong.

Feb 7: I let them know my returned CP would arrive to them by the 8th
Feb 7: Got a response back "Can't wait to get it back so we can send you your new unit"
Feb 8: Per Fedex, chargepipe was dropped off
Feb 12: I asked if any updates

nothing but crickets.

The timing doesn't even bother me, sure, its only been a week since they got my returned unit. But have hte courtesy to say "hey i got your cp" "hey we will ship out soon" "hey something happened i cant ship out today". SOMETHING.

frustrated.
I'm incredibly sorry for the delay Paimon. I've personally responded to your e-mail. We'll get this overnighted ASAP as soon as we get a response.

Just wanted to take a moment to update this thread.

Tiago reached out the other day to me after my email and post and apologized for the troubles that I have been going through. He went ahead and overnighted the chargepipe to me to make sure i got it asap, and I am happy to say that I received it and installed it today.

Glad we were able to close on the deal

so this is nuts, not sure if it is from the chargepipe or from the intercooler (i suspect the former), but the car just feels like it drives better.

I took a look at the stock chargepipe and didn't see any cracks or issues with it, but the car def seems to hold boost a bit stronger than before.

even in sport trans / sport mode each gear shift hits hard.

oh well, def not complaning

The removal of the charge pipe was the most angry hate filled rage moment of my life lol. I tried removing the chargepipe from the bottom because of a few DIY's that I saw, but in retrospect, with the xdrive, i think trying to go from the top is the right thing to do.

6 hours should be just enough.
