I currently have the aluminum hex trim with the gloss/piano black accents and was looking to wrap a couple of pieces in the car to match.

Has anyone wrapped the matte black plastic around the gear shift? I have seen the actual gear shift wrapped, as well as the silver surround, but I am having trouble finding some help with wrapping the actual black plastic.

From what I have seen, they inner square is fairly easy to remove but I am more concerned with how I am going to wrap around the sport/pdc buttons. Can this portion of the center console be removed? (See attached)

Since the iDrive trim is aluminum hex, I am thinking about wrapping this in gloss black to match the other accents. I kinda wanna just screw around and see how things would look, but obviously don't want to break anything in the process.

Thanks your help in advance![IMG][/IMG]
