This isn't a competition, it's a forum to share information.

We know that the animated start-up screens are available on the new NBT based cars. The video is even labelled as such. The codes to change this are now public thanks to the work of others that actually publish their findings.

That animation is just not possible on older CIC systems and the NBT system isn't even available in the US yet (except for the AH3).

isnt this what you said?my point is.why dont just appreciate what this guy has done,rather than misleading everyone and having a generalized assumption that it is not available on f30 ,which clearly it is.If it is not available is the US that doesnt mean it not available everywhere else/so dont say it is not available on f30.It rather seems to imlpy that you are bitter that he has taken the limelight from you.

Not exactly. If you have a touchpad iDrive Controller, you definitely have NBT, but also there older MY cars with NBT Head Units and non-touchpad iDrive Controllers.

It should work on any F30 with Option 6WA Extended Display (Kombi).

You have to code your Kombi ECU with E-Sys.

6WA is a factory option for the Instrument Cluster with Expanded Information.

If you have 6WA, you would need ENET Cable, E-Sys with working Token Solution, and PSdZData files.

Had my 2014 F30 M Sport coded and was able to add the //M animation to the Nav Screen. Only plays fully when Nav is rebooted, rarely comes up on regular start up and usually does not fully play. Trying to find out if it can be made to play on every start up.
