I half remember my dealer saying something about petrol cars being pushed back due to lower than expected demand whereas the disels are selling well. I guess that's to be expected considering the current economic state of affairs. I'm so excited. Never had a nice car before, currently in a crap 207.

Surely all customers should be treated as equal?! If it is the case, it'd certainly make me reconsider bothering to buy a BMW petrol again, if they're just going to shunt us to the back of the queue regardless of how early we order. |

I assume they just make cars for different engines on different weeks. Plus maybe because 328i and 335i are so popular in the USA there is a shortage.

I'm waiting until start of the September for my 320d. I've been told my build will begin at the start of August with delivery hopefully w/c 3/9.
Thankfully I'm in no hurry and more than happy to wait for the new plate too |

Thats not bad for a new model. I got £5K off my E90 just under a year ago - but that was of course the outgoing model. Mind, the APR's are quite good for F30's and better than I got last year with mine.

Is that confirmed by BMW UK? Do you have a link? My dealer still seems to think I'm on for an August 28th delivery. Isn't someone else in this thread earlier saying their M-Sport is arriving mid-July as well? EDIT, sorry - are you just referring to the 330d? |

2 days to go before my 320d M Sport hits the dealers, shame it takes 5 days for them to register it and do some "pre-delivery" inspections, as i'm away next week!
Damn, still, will be a nice treat when i get home :-) |
