Time for a Visit to Dr. Color Chip

OK, so it's not an F30, but I'm guessing that many of us will face this sort of repair/touch-up eventually. After doing a little online research and viewing a couple of before/after YouTube videos, I decided to give Dr. Color Chip a try on my '01 325i. After 11 years and almost 200k, the front end of this car has definitely seen better days.

Happily, the results speak for themselves and I am VERY impressed with this product. The results aren't the same as a complete re-spray, but I was pretty shocked at just how well it turned out.

Here's a before, an after, and a couple just for your unadulterated viewing pleasure.

LOL, thanks guy. 'Tis true... the e46 is proving to be quite durable as a long-term vehicle.
