335i COOL CARBON - ECS Tuning
Hi,
I want to share my experience with 335i Cool Carbon brake pads and ECS Tuning customer service. DON'T BUY THESE! The balancing weight will fall off and possibly jam up between the caliper and the wheel ! Very dangerous! ECS Tuning WILL NOT WARRANTY the defective pads. I guess somebody needs to slap them with a laws suit in order to change the attitude. DO yourself a favor and just don't buy them. |

Talking with my customer service reps, a resolution has be come to with feuer. Sorry about the situation.
Also please note after talking with the guys at Cool Carbon they stand strongly behind their pads, if anyone has an issue with their pads please reach out to me and I'll work with you and the Cool Carbon crew to come to a resolution. -James Last edited by ECSTuning; 11-03-2015 at 08:45 AM.. |
