H&R wheel spacers getting loose

My H&R 12mm wheel spacer lug bolts get loose 5-10ft/lbs every few days.

-Brake rotor face was wire wheeled
-The wheel hub was wire wheeled
-The hub bore in the wheel itself & the mounting face was wire wheeled
Everything is spotless

No odd vibrations or anything, but they seem to keep getting loose. Has anyone had this issue? I have them at factory spec of 104 ft/lb

All I can think it a metallurgy issue between the steel/aluminum, its had plenty of heat cycles though. Should I just up the torque to 110 ft/lbs?

Assuming you have the appropriate length extended lug bolts, I wouldnt put more torque. I'd prolly try a dab of low strength thread locker and see how it works out.

well, put 110 torque on it, then. i just use 100, i'm on a stud kit, though. to me 100 is already a lot. either that or get new extended bolts.

I just put them on 110. I was just seeing if anyone had similar issue and resolved.

It's a lot of torque but also a fat bolt with bigger surface area. But I feel the same way that's it's a lot of clamping force as is.

do they sit flush with the rotor? is it possibly the hub lip is bigger than the spacer can accommodate?

Yes they're flush and a snug fit around the hub
