2014 BMW 335xi M Performance Edition MSRP?

What kind of discount would you expect to get on this car?

I was told that because the MSRP is already very low ($65,900) compared to what the car comes equipped with, that the best discount my dealer was willing to offer was 2%. Does this sound accurate or am I not doing so well?

Being in Toronto, I am hearing about people getting discounts of up to 6% on new 2014 BMWs. Is it true there is a lower margin on this car because of what's packed inside this package for a lower MSRP than buying all the M Performance items seperately?

I am also going to take an 18" winter tire package for $3,670.

If you want to see what comes with this car please refer to this thread here:
http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=839850

Your advice is appreciated.

2014 335 M Performance limited edition

I put deposit for 2014 335 M Performance Valencia orange on black. My dealer gave me $2500 discount approx 4% off MRSP $65995. With all the goodies included in the limited edition M Performance, I don't think they will give much more discount than the deal I got. What color did u get? Do u know if the interior black seats would have matching orange color stitching and piping?

Which wheels did u get for winter? I'm thinking of ordering a set of 18 in AC Schnitzer type 8 with non run flat winter tires. There's a UK performance wheel site I can order for $760usd a wheel, so approx $3200usd for the wheels plus another $1000 or so for the tires. Do u think it would be a waste for me to run a brand new set of AC Schnitzers in the winter? My logic is I could keep these for a future next bmw.

I got Black on Black and I am going to have to talk to my dealer to see if he can improve my offer. Sounds like I could have done better.

The Dealership suggested I get their winter tire package 18" Style 415 Pirelli Winter 240 Sottozero2 Run-flats. I am not a huge fan of the rims. I am sure there are better options?

I'm a very good loyal customer, this will be my third car from the same sales person in the last 3 years. Perhaps that's why they were easy to give $2500 off.

Check out the AC Schnitzer Type 8 to see if u like the design. They workout to be similar price as your set from dealer. Of course they would use non run flat tires which are cheaper but have to risk driving around without spare.

Hi Syscrusher, I also got Black on Black

I use this link http://www.bmwarchiv.de/ to check my VIN, it shows up my production date is 8/19, 2013. I'm not sure my car is in the same boat with you

Thanks for that link Fwang.....now I'm confused.

My production date was:

Production Date: 22.07.2013
Plant: Munich

Almost one month before yours and still its not here. Things that make you go hmmmmm.......

Went to the dealership today and spoke with the sales manager. Apparently, they are waiting for release the entire lot of Performance Edition cars at the same time. My Black on black is now confirmed to be on a ship in transport and should arrive in the port of Nova Scotia sometime next week. I shouldn't be long now.

Well it was long now! They say the car is on rail to me now and should be ready for delivery in one week on October 9th. But at this point who knows if anyone is telling the truth over there. I am just hoping I get to try out my 20 inch summers before I need to put on the winters.

Don't you think You'll get bored of the Schnitzers after 3-4 years? They will get roughed up in the winter too. Will you really want to put roughed up wheels on a new (next)car? Boys, winter packages from the dealer are about double the cost of a set from a good wheel/tire store.

You know $2500 off isnt very much right? They would have about $7000 in it. Will be a beautiful car.

What $3600 winter package are u talkin about? I decided to get a brand new set of oem bmw style 397 double spoke with Pirelli p7 all season 18" for $1800 from ebay to use in winter for this car. I may switch to winter tires at some later time. Not a bad deal considering the crazy dealer wanted $4500 for the exact same thing!

I forgot to ask about the $1000 loyalty discount. Don't know if they would have given me $2500 off plus another $1000 off for this car.

By spring this limited edition valencia orange will definitely not be available. But on another post, someone else did see a valencia orange 335 at the Calgary dealer that is not sold yet a few days ago. Perhaps u need to to get to the Calgary dealer today?

Sorry about that, it was SYSCRUSHER who was looking at $3600 winters. You were looking at a $4500 Schnitzer sat?. Great deal on ebay set but they are a/s. Great looking car. Unique!

I just sat in a 6Mt 435xi...sticker was $67,000. Thats absolutely nuts. You can buy a Boxster/Cayman for that.

Yeah BMW canada pricing has gotten out of hand these days. The prices on their packages and options are outrageous! Porsche is the biggest ripoff on options, BMW is the second biggest ripoff in options. But what can we do, they both make awesome high performance cars we love...

That's why I went for the valencia orange limited edition 335 which was fully loaded with upgrade engine and exhaust, complete aero kit, m perf brakes, and 20's, all for $63000 around the same price as a well equiped regular 335.
