Hi all

How do you install non-bmw exhaust tips that do not have grooves for the alignment pins in the pipe?

Do you have the pipe cut and tips welded? Is there a reversible method?

With no standard tips welding is usually the best option.

thanks but do i shorten the pipe where the alignment pins are and weld OR file the pins down and weld?

I cut mine off right after the little nipple. The new tips still had plenty of room to adjust.
