I think with Rod bolts and bearings on the stock engine you will be fine at 350WHP mark. I would not cross the high 300 TRQ range though. Torque will kill the motor. Hence why I capped mine at 350WTRQ. I was pushing over 420TRQ for a while but did not want to blow it up.

Nemo: NO Pics, we are still testing the mani out and might think of running a small production to sell. But it is full tubular, top mount push forward like the N55 guys have. So nothing special but has some key bends and also might do a external dump option as well. We are still playing around with the design. My car is out of commission till tranny gets swapped or rebuilt when I get back in a few months. Will update and make a new thread than.

I assume when you say high 300TRQ range, you mean high 300 WHEEL TRQ range right? just a stage 1 flash tune puts you at the high 300 crank torque range.

Stage 1 doesn't bring you to high wtq. Stage 2 pushes you maybe to 350.. Maybe..

agreed. from what I understand, a stage 1 flash tune will bring an n20 to high-ish crank torque. AA lists 308 wheel tq, so assume about 360-370 crank. at least that's what I gathered.

Incorrect, Numbers lie, I'm FBO upgraded fuel system for ethanol and tuned aggressively via Bm3 and I'm about 280whp your not going to be over 300w unless your upgraded turbos

but doesn't the N20 make much more torque than hp? I know it does stock and most dyno sheets say the same. keep in mind I'm talking about torque not hp.

Yeah, referencing tq here, not hp. But yes, whp is around 280 on stage 2 and 300+ on an upgraded turbo.

Enjoyed reading this thread! I'm posting my dyno of stock baseline and Stage 1 BPC DME tune. A nice boost but I'm always interested in a bit more. When I had a catted downpipe (ER brand) I had some really weird issues with it misfiring in 3rd gear pulls under load so I went back to stock dp. While I didn't want to invest the resources to troubleshoot and just replace parts willy nilly my *thought* was that the fuel pump wasn't up to the task. I'm adding a FMIC and charge pipe next month to make my current Stage 1 tune more efficient but am reading up on an upgraded fuel pump as well.

Nice! Halim just finished up OTS maps for BM3, so we're talking about an E30 tune first until I upgrade the rod bolts. Once we get that tune done, I'll get a dyno done and then another after the bolts.

Ive been trying to get a hold of Halim and can't. Trying to see if he can do an e30 tune on my car as well if not twisted tuning they offer an e30 map as well.

Hey man, Halim should be getting with us within the next week or two. Been in contact with him, he's still swamped trying to iron out the kinks with individual cars not taking the new tunes. He seems to have a pretty good idea of the tune, so it should be a quick turn around once we do get started on it! Pretty excited.

I also got in contact with Twisted Tuning, but he hasn't touched the N20. Not that I doubt his ability, but Halim is just more aware and would be able to narrow it down quicker. That being said, if Halim drops off the Earth, then Justin at TT is my hard 2nd.

I have, but Ricardo has not gotten back to me despite a few emails over the past few months, so unsure what's going on there. I know they run E100 over there, so ACF is really good for that. I've only heard good things, it's just the lack of communication that kept me from going to them.

And I haven't. I'm sure any oil cooler would do. Stubok has done one.

I'm waiting on Halim aswell for this ethanol tune, I myself tried getting in contact with ACF but haven't gotten back to me either, probably very busy or something but I'd wanna go with someone who answers emails regularly like Halim himself does. He also has an N20 himself lol

What's funny, now that I think about it, is the recent scammer is the one who started this thread.

LOL you're right!

Reading over this thread makes me a bit put off on the amount of effort to push such little more power out of the N20/26. Just need DP for FBO but might just scrap the idea and just get a new car with a B58 engine or variant

I'm with you. If you keep it for now, push her to 300whp, which is pretty easy, and stop there. I'm in the same boat and would love to hop off this platform. I do want to pay it down a little longer (6 months to a year) and use it for a good down payment. I also need to track down stock parts.

Lesson learned, keep stock parts. lol

lol I've kept all my stock parts for that reason. I imagine you're in for quite a fun time when it comes time to bring your car back to stock form.

Yeah, I'll look at buying stock parts later this year. I can't right now because there is nowhere to store them... If not, oh well. I take the ding on the trade-in and drag my 911/M4 home lol.
