750$ to replace a tire, damn thats a crazy liability to just be driving these.

They look decent, def do not like the fact they are only 8.5x20 for the rear as an earlier poster mentioned. Maybe 20x9.5 would've been a better idea.

I am for them as I suppose I need to be as I have bought as winter wheels . I have the Matt black version. My new F36 in mineral grey has arrived at the dealer prep centre in Scotland and I dropped the 405s off today at the dealership. They will be fitted this week and hopefully pick up car by next weekend. I personally think they do work with the darker colours.

I have them on my 328i.

I ditched the Pirellis and I am running Michelin PSS, all square set up.
235/35 - I think the Michelins are slightly noisier.

Just picked up my new f30 and quite like these in the 20s it came in.
I'd like to see how they would look in all matte black. I think the two tone throws it off a tad but if they were either all black or all silver, they would be pretty nice.

Ok I thought something about my rims were different. I just thought maybe I was tripping out. After looking at my rims closer, they are definitely not the 405s. Can someone tell me the model number and specs on two tone wheels that come with the 2015 335xi M Perf. Ed.?

And yes, I need to get rid of that hideous gap! Suspension and spacers are going in ASAP!

How do you like the 624M wheels? Any issues? I'm getting into one of these and the dealer is offering me these wheels on the car -- I kind of like the 405M look better.

Probably might change to Michellin PSS when the Pirelli's are worn out.
Just replaced mine with Michelin Pilot Super port from PZero you won't regret it.

FWIW, I was about to say I only like them on black cars since it helps the black spokes blend better and avoid being as busy, then I saw this orange one and thought they looked awesome on it. I do wish they were available in 19" though, not sure I really like 20's on this car.
The 19" are available but only fit the 2 series. I had this set on Melbourne red and they do look great.

Quick Question for anyone else with the 405m's.

I have these wheels, currently running the pirelli's they came with. Rear tyres will be getting replaced within the next couple of weeks by the Pilot Sport 4's. What tyre size would everyone recommend? Currently running 255/30/20. Would it be worth going to 265/30/20? Will There by any issues with rubbing or anything like that?

You can't go with the Oem siZe because Michelin don't make these size for the ps4s.
I do have 405M and ordered 235/35/20 and 265/30/20. From what I have read, should not have any issues

I'll post picture once they're installed, should be done by mid-april since there's still a lot of snow here.

But here's the only pictures I could find of 405M with 235/35/20 and 265/30/20

I have these on my Valencia Orange 335i. the color combo with the contrasting wheels and the blue M Sport brakes all work together. especially the two-tone, which gives it a cool look from any angle. also looks great with brake dust all over them.

For F36 440i xDrive changing for 235/35/20 and 265/30/20 will be ok?

Set of 225/35/20 and 265/30/20 has almost the same diameter of circle. Set of 235/35/20 and 265/30/20 has 5-6mm difference.

Which set will be better for xDrive?

Cause if they are oem they are onmy available in 20 inch but then the et is wrong or you have to use spacers. F34 et is 34

The et of oem 405 is 20 inch front 8 et 36 this is doable
20 inch rear 8.5 et 47 this is to much

And if the are 19 inch they are aftermarket

I love love love these rims but all it takes it one pot hole and a bent rim experience. You'll never go back to a 20" rim again :s

Life in the GTA.

All black matte version looks 10x better than the two-tone version.
