Have managed to confuse myself. Some threads say the bumper needs to come off. Some say remove the wheel.

One of the washer nozzles is leaking. I managed tontake the wheel off, removed the fender liner and, the rest I am unsure on...

I can't work out whether it clips into place or not.

Any advice or tips appreciated.

It should have a clip, but it might be difficult to work with the bumper in place.
