I had added options like m sport, bunch of packages and the MSRP came out to be 54.7k. I negotiated the price down to something around 49.5k.

With VA taxes and fees, my out the door price was 52k. Is this good?

Seems like a pretty good deal. It's a good thing you're negotiating the sale price before incentives are taken into account as well.

what packages and options did you get? M sport adds $3,100, but did you get Tech package, DHP.....? All those options can drive the price up significantly.

Uh....yeah....that is a great price! I opted out on the premium package and added the sport automatic, cold weather, tech package, m sport brakes, dakota leather....but mine will be BSM....so we are going to have very similar cars. As a matter of fact, the interior of yours will have the exact same trim as mine.

Do you think you might get the M performance suspension later?

Sounds like a great set up (I am partial).

What is BSM? This will be my first car ever that I will buy on my own. I am going to do basic comestic upgrade (the CF stuff) and wheels. If I save more money, I will get exhaust. As for suspension, I don't think I will touch it.

So you are trying to buy that and install it on your own? how much does it cost?

at GetBMWparts.com it is about $1,500.00. At the dealership it is a bit more. I have seen a bunch of posts here and on e90post about installing them. They are pretty comprehensive, but I have never done it before, so I may just have the dealership do it. Also, I am in the military and stationed in japan right now, so once I get back to the states, I have to learn the area I will live and hopefully, I can find a reputable shop.

The real reason I like the MPS, is the parts are OEM and will not void any warranties.

That's a decent deal. I only got $5,500 off my 2014 335i even after BMW had to write me a check for $46,120 as I had a lemon 2012 F30. When I got my 2011 335d, I got about $8,000 off.

Final update. Adding the M brake and HK sound, the MSRP came out to be $56,200.

I decided to purchase out the door (with tax and fees) of $53.2k. Is this good deal to pull trigger?
