Advice on a 2013 335i xDrive M Sport?

I went to a GTA dealer yesterday to discuss ordering a new F31. However, also tempted by one of the last few 2013 335i xDrive M Sports they have in stock.

I see there is currently a $2,750 incentive for lease / finance customers, but something doesn't make sense about the quote.

The car is as follows:

2013 335i xDrive sedan
M Sport
Premium
Adaptive M suspension
M Sport Brake
19" wheels with performance RFT
Alpine white / black leather

Price quoted as $55,900.00 before the $2,750 incentive. However, this doesn't seem right since the base price of this car should be around $62k before freight / PDI. Total discount would therefore be about $6,850. I guess they could be offering it at their cost, but seems highly unlikely.

Extra fees include:

$399 "ride green" nitrogen (assuming this can be removed entirely)
$95 fuel
$5 OMVIC
$53.73 PPSA
$399 Admin

Freight and PDI are not shown since in the system the car is marked as used, but SA assures me it is new / not previously registered.

Lease rate is 0.9% / 40% residual for 39 months.

Assuming these numbers are legit, does this seem like a good deal?

Just picked up my 335i Xdrive M-sport last week. I do not regret it one pit. I just moved out of a G37S coupe so I am really enjoying the space and functionality provided by the sedan.

I mean essentially you'll have a newer car built to your specs. Why were you looking at the F31 and not the F30 ?
