Looks like about 07:30 Pacific Coast Time on the 17th arriving at the canal, about 5 hours later than original ETA. Not bad.

The Fedora has passed through the Canal!

I am trying to post the pictures but it's coming back "invalid file".

The important thing is our cars are in the Pacific Ocean. That much closer.

Do you guys know of any better way to track a ship than marinetraffic.com, seems like once it gets 100 or so miles away from any land it's out of range.

Oh here is a horrible computer shot of the Fedora going through the last locks (Miraflores) before the pacific today around 1:45 PM PST

How long ago did you place your order? I ordered my 435i M Sport Vert on April 1st, still not in production.

Still not in production? I ordered mine in the latter part of April, went into production about three weeks later.

Wow, we ordered our 428i on May 3rd and the BMW order status said today that it was in transit. We think it might be on the Fidelio headed to Baltimore and Savannah. Need to talk to our CA on Monday. Have you asked your CA what the status is? I would think that you should have a production number by now. Hopefully, he had an allocation. Our dealer had to trade for one for our convertible, but he was able to do it.

Just checked Marinetraffic.com, looks like the Fedora is about 200 miles south of Baja CA, getting so close!

The Fedora is docked at Port Hueneme!

Let's get those cars unloaded, inspected and distributed.

According to the W&W tracking my car is "released from carrier" and "released from customs".

It's off the boat and in America at the VDC.

Now, I just need a truck to take it to CO.

Time to start planning a long windy way home from Denver!

The WW website says mine was released from customs and Liner as well...What is the VDC?

Edit: Jummo, you are having yours delivered to Denver?

VDC is the Vehicle Distribution Center. The car are inspected, cleaned and any damage that may have occurred gets fixed.

Some accessories are also installed there. From there they get trucked to the dealer you are buying the car from who does all that stuff again.

I live in western CO and the nearest dealers are all in Denver. About 200 miles away. My car will go to Schomp BMW where I will pick it up.

Maybe even next week?

Rumor has it that ship is haunted by the ghost of Tom Landry.

Congrats on your car!!

Thx for the info, hope you get it ASAP.. I'm up at the top of California so I'll probably be waiting a week or so as well.. The WW website now says my vehicle has been "Discharged".. not sure what that means... I thought "Liner Release" was sufficient.
