Heard the same noise. Brought it to BMW and after multiple attempts of them trying to hear the noise that they were "not able to replicate" and "the wheels bearing was fine" I finally did a test drive with a shop foreman. The bearing was bad and they replaced it under warranty for me.

Had 55,000km on the car when i had to do mine
