Damaged remote

My silly dog just chewed on my M3 remote/key
There is only one bite mark on one of the buttons (door opener). Is there a way to repait it (ie change only the button) without changing the whole remote?

I'd watch ebay for extra key an owner had left over after selling their M3, or just order a spare uncut un-programed key.
