CF or Stainless Exhaust Tips?

So - I'm thinking of the following mods (on BSM):

1. Performance Diffuser, Matte Black
2. MPE with CF tips

Thoughts on this set up - vs. stainless tips? I saw the setup on a white 435 and it looked amazing…just trying to visualize the matte black diffuser on BSM.

My other option is to go CF diffusers and stainless tips. (Note, I have CF mirrors and a CF spoiler - don't want to over do it) Thoughts?

Personally, very few people will notice the CF tips on the car and it would mainly be in parking lots anyway. The MPE will make people notice your car, but only as you are flying pass them. I'd stick with chrome tips and save the money.

(Coming from a 435I owner with CF spoiler and Mirror caps)

What color is your BMW? Also, what diffuser pack? I am debating for a BSM - I'm definitely swapping to the m sport diffuser - matte black or CF…so my thinking is:

Diffuser = Matte Black, Tips in CF

Diffuser = CF, Tips in Chrome

Mine is white. Originally I wanted to get the M-Perf Diffuser, but I decided to get the carbon tips instead.

I still think the CF tips would look awesome on BSM. After all, Alpine White or BSM, the diffuser is still black. It seems that everyone on this forum has the M-Perf diffuser, but no one has the CF tips yet; That was the deciding factor for me.

yeah - i can see that. I do think though, a CF diffuser and CF tips would be overkill. I kind of like the CF tips with the matte black diffuser.

Agreed that CF diffuser with CF tips would be a bit much.

CF tips, but not the oem ones you posted above, I think those are tacky. I would go with a pair of Cyba's dry cf tips

Rather than leaving the entire diffuser matte black, you might consider painting all but the center BSM or Dark Shadow. Mine is obviously MG...it's subtle, but the reflections can add a little bit of interest.
