Water pump failure anyone?

Some cars must have passed 70-80K miles. I wonder if both N20/N55 will have the same WP failure$ as on the E90.

It's doubtful. Electric pumps were new tech for E90. They've been around quite a while now, so they're likely a bit better developed.

My N54 on my 2009 went 125k miles and I traded it in with no failure.

So I expected with my new RFT. I should have passed!

My E90 was just sold in the last minutes!!! First guy who came to see it bought it .... and he is a mechanic!

So I am in buying mode again. Nice problem.

Water pump issue is long gone. Your biggest worries are with electronics, however, software updates and resets fix most of the concerns.

I'm on my second F platform car and one X3, not one serious issue.

The Goodyear Eagle F1s on my M Sport are so drastically improved I keep forgetting they're runflats. They've been outstanding in all capacities.
